Responsibilities։

• Answer telephone calls and promptly route calls to appropriate department
• Greet guests entering Yerevan Park in a friendly manner
• To provide Yerevan Park guests with relevant information based on the availability of active packages for the given day/time period
   

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
• Experience in the service industry would be an advantage
• Customer-centric approach
• Literate speech
• High sense of responsibility
• Flexibility, initiative and polite manner
